Nancy Comeau 

Nancy began her yoga journey/practice in 2014, after a back injury at her workplace a friend suggested she try yoga. Her first class was with Heidi King at Pur Therapy Wellness Clinic and it was exactly what she needed. 

She quickly connected with her inner calling and had a sense of freedom and peace when she was on her mat, so when Supernova Power Yoga studio put on a teacher training yoga program in 2016, she instantly signed up. Nancy knew it would not only enhance her existing practice, but she would be able to give back and help others in her community. She graduated in April 2017, after her many training hours were completed.  Nancy’s transformation has been completely life changing. It is rewarding for her to give back and see the many healing benefits of yoga for her students.

From Kerry ' Greetings beautiful people, I spoke about it in the past, it's finally come to fruition and I honestly couldn't be more excited to present this opportunity to the Lions among us who are ready to ROAR!...

R.O.A.R took 18 months to come to full form. It was the result of feeling the intense pressure and loneliness of hard personal and systemic Truths bubbling to the surface. Painful, human revelations that ruptured the peaceful fabric of normalcy, making me question myself, my fellow humans, my mission here on Earth, making me suspicious of a system that I hadn't ever given any real serious thought towards and left me feeling even more alone and isolated in my inability to share my concerns, my truths and my visions for the future with anyone for fear of judgement, ridicule and labeling.

I got to supposing I wasn't alone in my longing for real connection and the frustration I felt with all the delusion that was / and still remains... so I began wondering what would happen if the Lions came together in a safe place, stood in the light of our Truth, connected deeply with one another and shared the emotions, wisdom and healing that has bubbled to the surface for so many during these past few years.

Part speakeasy, part wisdom gathering, part sound session, this is an entirely unique experience where YOU bring the content, the intensity and the intentions and WE together, shape the outcome. What we get out of it directly reflects what we bring to it. Are you ready to step in?
