Join us at MAHONE BAY CENTER 45 School St, Mahone Bay, NS B0J 2E0 as we journey on beautiful hand crafted Paiste planet gongs and the sound of being. We will be focusing on reconnecting with the I AM , gratefully releasing all that was and creating the 2026 filled with all that will bring peace, happiness and harmony.

The statement I AM is creating constantly. We will each connect with the infinite potentiality with love and remember and reawaken all that we are.

Every session is unique and even in a group gathering each person will have a very personal experience . Please bring something to lay on [ if you need to bring a zero gravity chair please bring a yoga mat / blanket to set the chair on as we are in a gym]. Maybe a covering and anything you wish charged with the energy. We also suggest some water.

Doors open at 6.15pm and the session will run from 7.00 pm to 8.30 ish [ may run a little over ]

Recording of any type is not permitted and cell phones will be required to be switched off to support the peace of the sound journey.

Investment is 40 cash at the door [ no card facilities available on the night ] It is a big space, but if you wish to reserve your spot you can email thegongpeople@gmail.com and send an EMT to that address and use the password MHB0625,
