Join us at MAHONE BAY CENTER 45 School St, Mahone Bay, NS B0J 2E0 as we journey on beautiful hand crafted Paiste planet gongs and the sound of being. we WILL BE FOCUSING ON RESTING , HEALING,RELEASING, AND CREATING

AGAIN focusing on heart energy we will create and alos embrace allowing, peace and rest and relaxation. The HEART is the space which all energy flows with infinite potentiality. The field of the heart is huge and is a perfect transmitter and receiver. We will reconnect with love for self and the infinite energy source we all are, to create with LOVE.

Every session is unique and even in a group gathering each person will have a very personal experience . Please bring something to lay on [ if you need to bring a zero gravity chair please bring a yoga mat / blanket to set the chair on as we are in a gym]. Maybe a covering and anything you wish charged with the energy. We also suggest some water.

Doors open at 6.15pm and the session will run from 7.00 pm to 8.30 ish [ may run a little over ]

Recording of any type is not permitted and cell phones will be required to be switched off to support the peace of the sound journey.
