Sound Healing has been proven to induce a relaxed state and lower stress, amongst many other things. It is a unique experience for each participant and a GONG BATH is the best bath you can have whilst clothed.

Please bring a Yoga mat , or something to lay on , a blanket and anything to make you comfortable, as the space will be set for laying down. Please also bring some some water.
