The new moon energy will help your vision quest, bringing personal, growth, healing and clarity. The experience is often life changing and it's the BEST bath you can have fully clothed.
Between Jan 22nd and March 3rd the energy is powerful for clarity, purpose, manifestation and letting go. We are in the NEW MOON phase and it's the first one of the new year a great time for connecting with our glorious unapologetic authentic selves, and letting our being shine. It is a powerful time to plant seeds for the future [ not just his year ] and ' power up ' ready to create our new personal world that will bring harmony to all .
We really want you to get the best from the experience . Our SOUND JOURNEYS are participative , we will tone together and then you can lay down and be bathed in and journey on the gong song.
Please bring a Yoga mat or something to lay on or a ZERO Gravity chair if that is more comfy. Please note we have a gravity chair area so you will be asked to sit there. We do have extra mats if anyone needs one.
We suggest you bring a pillow/ blanket and some water and any crystals you may wish to charge with the energy. Some participants are scent sensitive so we respectfully ask you remain aware of that . We ask all cell phones be turned off,, unauthorized recording is not permitted.
Lights will be dimmed - you are welcome to bring an eye mask if you so wish.
We are also Paiste Gong Dealers and after the session you are welcome to have a closer look / experience and play the gongs before and during take down.We will be happy to answer any questions and support you on your journey in any way we can.
